Özet
Akciğer malignitelerinin pankreasa metastaz yapması nadirdir. Literatürde bildirilen en geniş seride; 1976 ve 1997 yılları arasında akciğer kanseri tanısı alan 850 akciğer kanseri olgusunun kayıtları retrospektif olarak incelendiğinde bu olguların ancak 26'sında pankreas metastazı tespit edilmiştir. Bu makalede 44 yaşında sağ üst zonda kitle lezyonu tespit edilen, bronkoskopik biyopsi sonucu adenokanser gelen bir olgu sunulmuştur. Pankreas ve abdominal lenf nodu metastazları histopatolojik olarak gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
The metastasis to pancreas from lung malignancy is rare. In the largest serious in the literature; from 1976 to 1997, 26 patient with pancreatic metastasis were identified by searching the records of 850 patients with lung cancer. In this paper, we reported a 44 years old man who has a mass in the right upper zone, and bronchoscopic biopsy was adenocarsinoma. Metastasis to pancreas and abdominal lymph nodes was proved by histopathologicaly.
