Özet

Castleman hastalığı, genellikle mediastende lokalize, ayırıcı tanısı zor yapılabilen, hiyalen vasküler (HV), plazmaselüler (PC) ve mikst olmak üzere 3 histolojik tipi tanımlanmış, nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Düz akciğer grafisinde tesadüfen fark edilen ve tanısı torakotomi sonrası dokunun histolojik incelenmesi ile konulabilen Castleman hastalıklı bir olguyu, literatür bilgileri ışığında sunduk.

Abstract

Castleman's disease is generally localized in mediastinum. Differential diagnosis is difficult to do. It is seen rarely with three histologic types as hyalen vascular (HV), plasmacellular (PC) and mixed. A case of Castleman's disease determined by a plain chest radiography and diagnosed by hystologic examination of the specimen after thoracotomy in the view of the literature.
