Özet
Onsekiz yaşındaki erkek hasta hemoptizi, öksürük, dispne ve stridor şikayetleriyle başvurdu. Laboratuuar testleri ve akciğer grafısi normaldi. Fiberoptik bronkoskopla karinanın 3 cm üzerinde trakeaya geniş tabanla bağlı ue lümeni %80'e yakın kapatan polipoid tümör görüldü. Bilgisayarlı tomografi ile trakeada yumuşak doku dansitesi gösteren kitle izlendi. Sağ torakotomi ile malign lezyonu içeren 3 cm'lik trakea halkası çıkarıldı. Histopatolojik olarak mukoepidermoid karsinom tanısı konuldu. Hasta beş yıldır halen asemptomatik olarak kontrol altındadır.
Abstract
An 18-year-old male preferred to our clinic with hemoptysis, cough, dispnea and stridor. A wide-based polypoid tumor that was localized at the right wall of the distal trachea was observed over 3 cm from the carina by flexible bronchoscope. Computerized tomography showed an intraluminal soft tissue density mass in the trachea. Though right thoracotomy, a tracheal resection that contains three rings of the trachea with malignant lesion was performed. Pathologic examination reported a tracheal mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The patient is alive without recurrence three years after surgery.
