Carcinoma of the cecum: An unusual cause of Fournier's gangrene

Abstract

Fournier's gangrene is a rapidly progressive necrotizing fasciitis involving the genitalia . This disease may be caused by a variety of urological as well as gastrointestinal tract and retroperitoneal diseases . We report a case of cecum carcinoma manifesting as Fournier's gangrene.
