Özet
Bu çalışma doğal tetraploid Çayırüçgülü E2 çeşidinde apomiktik gelişmenin tohum oluşumunu ne kadar etkileyebileceğini sap-tamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre, Taraxacumtipi ve lxeristipi gelişmeye benzer bazı gelişme evreleri elde edilmiştir.Aposporik olarak embriyo kesesinin meydana gelmediği ancak diplosporik olarak gelişebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
Abstract
This study was carried out in order to determine to what extent apomictic development would affect seed formation inthe natural tetraploid red clover variety E2. Some Taracaxum-type and lxeris-type development, was determined. It was concludedthat embryo sac development did not occur through aposporous development whereas it could occur through diplosporous development.
