Özet
Bu çalışma kompakt ring, konvansiyonel ve ring ve open-end iplik üretim yöntemlerinin hava jeti dokuma makinesinde atkı atım hızına etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, bu üç yöntem kullanılarak farklı numara ve bükümde %l 00 pamuk atkı iplikleri üretilmiştir. Bu iplikler Picanol Air Index Tester cihazında test edilerek, atkı atım hızları karşılaştırılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, the influence of compact ring, conventional ring and Open-end production methods on weft insertion speed on air jet weaving machine are investigated. For this purpose, 100% cotton yarns with different yarn count and twist were produced by using these three different production methods. The yarns were tested on Picanol Air Index Tester and the weft insertion speeds were compared.
