Özet
Pamuk ekiminde en önemli adım hasattır. Makinalı hasatta defoliant kullanımı zorunludur. Ekotekstil kriterlerine göre, sınıflandırılmış pestisid, insektisid ve herbisit konsantrasyonu 1 ppm'i aşmamalıdır. Bu araştırmada, pamuk lifleri üzerinde adı bu tür maddelerin olup olmadığı, varsa pamuk liflerinde hangi miktarda kontaminasyona yol açtığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Denemeler, Tire bölgesinden alınan pamuklara Finish and Harran bölgesinden alınan pamuklara Dropp Ultra defoliantları uygulanarak yapılmıştır.
Abstract
The most important stage at cotton cultivation is harvesting. Defoliant usage is obligatory in mechanized harvesting. According to eco textile instructions, the concentration of classified pesticides, insecticides and herbicides must not exceed 1 ppm. In this research, it is aimed to determine whether these substances are resident on cotton fibers or not, if they are resident; at what amount they contaminate the cotton fibers. The experiments were earned on Finish and Dropp Ultra defoliants applied 20 decares cotton fields at Tire provinces of Izmir City of Ege region and were carried on Dropp Ultra defoliants at Harran provinces of Southeast Anatoly region.
