Hava jetli ve vortex eğirme sistemlerinin incelenmesi

Özet

Bu araştırmada modern eğirme yöntemlerinden hava jetli eğirme yöntemi ile bu yöntemle çalışan gelecekte oldukça büyük kullanım payına sahip olacağı düşünülen Vortex eğirme sistemi incelenmiştir. Bilindiği üzere klasik iplik eğirme yöntemi olan ring eğirmeciliğin üretim hızı ve diğer bir takım olumsuz özelliklerinden ötürü 60'lı yılların başından itibaren modern eğirme sistemleri üzerinde çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bunlardan bazıları günümüzde pek kullanım alanı bulamasa da bunlar içinde rotor ve hava jetli iplikçilik yöntemleri öne çıkan modern eğirme sistemleridir. Hava jetli ve vortex eğirme sistemi yalancı büküm prensibi ile çalışan eğirme sistemleridir. Bu çalışmada önce hava jetli eğirme sistemi,çalışma prensibi ve elde edilen ipliklerin kalite özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ardından vortex eğirme sisteminin de eğirme işleminin nasıl olduğu, elde edilen ipliklerin özellikleri ve bunların hangi parametrelere bağlı olduğu belirtilmiştir.

Abstract

In this research, air jet spinning and vortex spinning which is thinking that will has the capacity of big ratio in spinning sector in the future, observed. As known, because of the disadvantages of classic spinning system like; production speed and the others, since 60 there have been studies about modern spinning techniques. Although some of them couldn't find usage space, rotor and air-jet spinning systems are popular modern spinning systems. Air jet and vortex spinning systems are the spinning systems which are working with false-twist principle. In this research firstly air jet spinning system and yarn properties of air jet system and spinning principle observed. After this, the vortex spinning system, how the MVS yarn make and the properties of yarns and the parameters which effect the quality investigated.
