Özet
Üç oksijen atomundan oluşan ozon birçok inorganik ve organik kirliliklerin oksitlenmesinde ve bakteri ve virüsleri inaktive etmede kullanılabilmektedir. Ozon, demir ve manganı etkili bir şekilde uzaklaştırır ve çözünen formları filtre ile uzaklaştınlabilecek çözülmez forma oksitler. Ozon aynca sülfür ve nitritleri de oksitler ve güçlü bir bakterisittir. Bu oksitleme etkilerinden dolayı ozon gazı tekno¬lojide birçok kullanım olanağı bulmaktadır. Bu makalede, ozon gazının bazı teknoloji alanlarında ve tekstil endüstrisinde temel kullanımı anlatılmaktadır.
Abstract
Ozone, composed of three atoms of oxygen, can be used to oxidize many inorganic and organic impurities as well as inactivate bacteria and viruses. It effectively removes iron and manganese, oxidizing soluble forms into insoluble forms to be removed by filtration. It also oxidizes sulfides and nitrites. It is a powerful bactericide. Because of these oxidizing effects ozone gas has found many uses in technology. In this paper, we present the basic usage of ozone gas in some technologic fields and textile industry.
