Özet
Bir organizasyonun temel girdilerinden biri olan ve diğer girdilerin verimlilik düzeyini de etkileme özelliği bulunan insan kaynağının etkili ve verimli kullanımı büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, literatürde yar alan personel seçim süreci incelenerek, hazır giyim işletmelerinin "doğru işe doğru eleman" seçmek için kullandıkları yöntemler araştırılmıştır.
Abstract
It is considerably important to employ effectively and efficiently Human Resource which is one of the most important inputs of an organization and that which has a property to affect the productivity of other inputs. In this study, labor recruitment practices has been analyzed by consulting the relevant literature and the methods used by ready-to-wear plants in order to select " right person for right position" have been investigated.
