Antalya Körfezi'nden avlanan Sardinella aurita'nm et verimi ve kimyasal kompozisyonu mevsimsel olarak incelenmiştir. Et verimi sonbaharda %75.25, kış mevsiminde %73.18, ilkbaharda %71.86, yaz mevsiminde %74.12 olarak bulunmuştur. Abstract
The seasonal variations of the chemical composition of Sardinella aurita (Valenciennes, 1847) caught in the gulf ofantalya. The flesh yield and chemical composition of Sardinella aurita caught in the Gulf of Antalya seasonally were investigated. They were found the flesh yields were 75.25% in the autumn, 73.18% in the winter, 71.86% in the spring and 74.12% in the summer. It was seen the flesh yield declined in the winter and spring, however it increased in the autumn and summer (p
