80. Yılda Cumhuriyet Spor Birlikteliği

Özet

80 yılda Cumhuriyet-Spor birlikteliğini, bu süre içinde Türkiye'de yaşanan çeşitli ekonomik, siyasal ve toplumsal gelişmelerden bağımsız düşünemeyiz. Ayrıca bu birlikteliğin izlerini; sportif örgütlenme birimlerinde, hükümet programlarında, hazırlanan yasalarda, kalkınma planlarında hatta anayasada bulabiliriz. Ancak Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devletinin sporu, hiçbir dönemde önemsemediğini ve kısa süreli, genel geçer anlayışlar çerçevesinde spor olgusuna yaklaşıp, tüm toplumu ilgilendiren böylesine önemli bir konuda kapsamlı ve uzun vadeli bir spor politikasını oluşturup hayata geçir(e)mediği gerçeğini de unutmamalıyız.

Abstract

We can not think of Republic-Sports relationship independent of various economic, political and social developments which took place in the last 80 years in Turkey. Furthermore we can trank this relationship in the units of sports organizations, in the govermental programs, in the law codes, in the development programs and even in the national law of constition. But and the other hand we should not forget the fact that the state of Turkish republic has not considered the sports important in any period of time. But approached it with in the frame work of transitory and short-term perspectives and thus has never been able to formulate a long-term and extensive sports politics.
