During the restoration implementation, new findings such as the pool (mikveh) situated in the section of men, and the inlet opening between dressing rooms of men and women have pointed out that bath could have been used by Jewish community of Tire. Besides, the location of the building in the town supports this idea. The restoration was done with an approach aiming to preserve all unique factors of the building. As a result of the parget dreadlocks and on the ground surface of the section of women which is more damaged compared to the section of men, traces of a fountain pool in the dressing room and the inlet opening of a toliet that does not exist today, were encountered. In accordance with the approved restoration project, the house adjacent to the north facade of the bath was removed and the foundations of five stores were revelaed.
