VEZİRKÖPRÜ YÖRESİNDE BULUNAN 19 VE 20.YÜZYIL OSMANLI MEZAR TAŞLARI

Özet

Vezirköprü'de yörenin muhtelif yerlerinde Osmanlı dönemine ait mezar taşlarının bulunduğunu daha önceki bir çalışmamızda dile getirmiş ve bunlardan 17-18. yüzyıllara ait olan 16 tanesini incelemiştik. Önceki çalışmanın bir devamı niteliğinde olan bu çalışmamızda ise söz konusu taşların 19-20. yüzyıllara ait olan 21 tanesini inceleyeceğiz. Amacımız yapıldıkları dönemlerin sosyo-kültürel yapıları, maddi ve manevi değerleri ve hayat anlayışları gibi pek çok konuda malumat ihtiva eden ayrıca Türk süsleme sanatı motif ve kompozisyon örneklerini üzerlerinde taşıyan bu eserlerin sanatsal ve kültürel özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmak ve yok olmakla karşı karşıya kalmış bu eserlerin içinde bulundukları duruma yetkililerin ilgilerini çekmektir

Abstract

In our previous work we have stated that there are tomb stones from the Ott oman period in different parts of Vezirköprü and we examined sixteen of them dated to h.11-12th/m.17-18th centuries. In this work which is a continuation of the previous study we will examine twenty -one of them dated to h.13-14th/m.19-20th centuries. Our purpose is to reveal the artistic and cultural characteristics of these works containing a lot of information in many subjects like socio-cultural structures of the periods in which they were built, their material and spiritual values and their life style and also carried the examples of Turkish decorative art motifs and compositions on them and to attract the attention of the authorities to the situation they are in that these works which are faced with disappearance.
