Özet
Bu çalışmada, Isparta ilinde bulunan Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi’nin acil durum toplanma yerlerinin belirlenmesi ve üniversite birimlerinin bu toplanma merkezlerine dağıtılması problemi ele alınmaktadır. Isparta ilinde meydana gelebilecek afet durumunda üniversitede profesyonel ekiplerin olay yerine intikal edene kadar geçen sürede, üniversite içinde kişilerin kendileri için belirlenen (atandıkları) acil durum toplanma yerlerine geçmeleri amaçlanmıştır. İlgili birimlerin belirlenen alanlara dağıtımı sürecinde gri kümeleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve acil durum toplanma yerlerine dağıtım için önerilen beş farklı modele göre alanların kapasite kullanım oranlarını da dikkate alan dağıtım planı elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlar, detaylıca değerlendirilmiş ve ilgili birimlere bildirilmiştir.
Abstract
In this study, the problem of determining the emergency assembly points of the Süleyman Demirel University in Isparta and the distribution of the university units to these assembly points is discussed. In the case of disaster in the province of Isparta, it is aimed that the professional teams at the university will be transferred to the emergency assembly points of the university within the university. Grey clustering method was used in the distribution of the related units to the designated points and a distribution plan was obtained with respect to the five different models proposed for distribution to the emergency assembly points. The results were evaluated in detail and reported to the relevant units.
