Özet

Bu çalışmada kısaca dünya muhasebe tarihine değinilerek, Rusya’da muhasebenin tarihi gelişimiaçıklanmıştır. Ortaçağ Rusya’sındaki muhasebeden başlayarak günümüz Rusya’sına kadar muhasebe tarihindeöne çıkan gelişmeler özet bir biçimde kaleme alınmıştır. Rus muhasebesinden dünya muhasebe tarihine geçen vemuhasebeye başka bir açıdan bakan Ezerskiy’in “üçlü kayıt yöntemi” de kısaca çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.Normlar üzerine kurulmuş Sosyalist muhasebesi uygulamalarından, Uluslararası Muhasebe Standartlarıylauyumlu Rus Muhasebe Standartlarının kabulüne kadar geçen sürede önemli görülen muhasebe sistemindekideğişimler kronolojik olarak ele alınmıştır. Ağırlıklı olarak Rusça kaynaklardan faydalanarak hazırlanan derlemeniteliğindeki bu çalışma ile Rusya muhasebe tarihiyle ilgili bilgiler sunularak Türkçe muhasebe literatürüne katkısağlanması amaçlanmıştır.

Abstract

In this study the historical development of accounting in Russia is explained by briefly touching on world accounting history. From accounting in medieval Russia to today's Russia, the developments in accounting history are summarized. The most important developments in accounting history, from accounting in medieval Russia to present day, are summarized. The “triple registration method” of Ezerskiy, which looks at accounting from another angle and is passed from Russian accounting to world accounting history, is also briefly included in the study. Changes in the accounting system, which were considered to be important in the past period are chronologically dealt with. This includes changes from the application of socialist accounting practices established on hard norms to the adoption of Russian accounting standards in line with International Accounting Standards. This study prepared mainly by using Russian sources presenting information about Russian accounting history aims to contribute to the Turkish accounting literature.
