EKO-LOGOS MU, EKO-LOGIC MI?*

Özet

Ekoloji on dokuzuncu yüzyılda bir "bilim" ya da "logic" olarak ortaya çıkmış, sonrasında kamusal alanda diğer ideolojiler gibi farklı görünümler kazanmaya başlamıştır. Bugün ekoloji hareketinin ideoloji olup olmadığı tartışması devam ediyor. Bütünlüklü bir politik programa sahip olmadığı için ve ekoloji sorunu bütün vahametini koruduğu için diğer ideolojiler de bu tartışmaya eklemleniyor. Eko-sosyalizm, eko-kapitalizm, eko-anarşizm, derin ekoloji vb. Elinizdeki metin genel hatlarıyla bir bilim ve bir "ideoloji" olarak ekolojiyi ve "eko-logos" olarak ekolojiyi tartışıyor. Faşizm ile bağlantısı yüzünden, solun bir süredir kendi politik programına dahil etmek istediği ekoloji sanki hiçbir yere ait değil. En azından eko-logos olarak değil. Abstract

Ecology emerged in the 19th century as a "science" or "logic"; and then like other ideologies it gained different aspects in public sphere. Today the discussion of whether the movement of ecology is an ideology still continues. Since the problem of ecology does not have a complete political program, and preserves its entire severity, other ideologies are also articulated into this dispute e.g. eco-socialism, eco-capitalism, eco-anarchism, deep ecology etc. The text in your hand is arguing ecology as a science, as an ideology, and as "eco-logos". Ecology attempted to realize its political program for a while because of its link with fascism, seems to belong in nowhere. At least not as eco-logos. The text in your hand is carrying on a discussion of ecology by focusing on "deep ecology," "eco-socialism," "eco-logos," "technic," and "technology." One of the final conclusions reached in this discussion is : If ecology transformes into the form of "meta-narrative" or a "total" ideology, it can cause fatal consequences. We believe that we need to reconsider ecology as "eco-logos."
