Eğitim Yöneticisinin Takdir Yetkisi

Özet

Özet Bu çalışmada okul yöneticilerine hareket serbestisi veren takdir yetkisi konusu incelenmiştir. Takdir yetkisinin tanımı, kapsamı ve sınırlılıkları ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca, eğitim yöneticilerinin sahip olduğu takdir yetkisi, ilköğre¬tim kurumları, eğitici çalışmalar, eğitsel çalışmalar, mesleki ve teknik eğitim, li¬se ve ortaokullar ile eğitim bölgeleri yönetmelikleri incelenerek ortaya konul¬muştur. Çalışma sonunda okul kademeleri yükseldikçe yöneticinin takdir yetki¬sinin arttığı; okul yöneticilerinin iletişim ve etkileme boyutlarında çok az takdir yetkisine sahip oldukları görülmüştür.

Abstract

Abstract The discretionary power that gives administrators the freedom of cho¬osing is examined in this study. The definition, the scope and the limitations of discretion are studied. Also, the discretion that school administrators posses are displayed by scrutinizing the legislations of the schools. The result of the study indicate that the higher the school level is, higher administrators'discretion is and that administrators posses a little discretion about the dimensions of com¬munication and effect.
