Öğrenci görüşlerine göre etkili öğretmenin özellikleri

Özet

Öğretmenlik, bilgi, beceri ve bir takım kişilik özellikleri gerektirmektedir. Gerekli olan bu özellikler ne kadar iyi derecede olursa, öğretmenin öğrenciler üzerindeki etkisi o derece başarılı olur ve öğrenci başarısını o derece olumlu yönde etkiler. Bu araştırmada, öğrenci görüşlerine göre, etkili bir öğretmende bulunması gereken kişisel ve mesleki özellikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. ÖSS hazırlık kursu olan Golden Dersanesine devam etmekte olan 30 Lise-3 öğrencisi örneklem alınmış, veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunda 33 özellik tanımlanmış ve. öğrencilerden bu özelliklere katılıp katılmadıklarını belirtmeleri istenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre; bu özellikler 7 kategoride toplanmış ve bu kategorilere öğrenci katılımı yüzde frekansı olarak ifade edilmiştir. Öğrenci katılımının en yüksek olduğu kategori "Kişilikli Öğretmen" (% 96.0) iken en az katılımın olduğu kategori "Yetenekli Öğretmen" (% 82.7) bulunmuştur.

Abstract

Teaching considers necesarry some special features of characteristic, knowledge and skill. When this special features are the best, the effect of teacher on the students is successful. This situation influences the student success well. In this study, the opinion of students about effective teacher's personal and professional special features were studied to determine. The 30 students going to high school which are studying for OSS exam in Golden Dersane were exemplified, inquiry was used as data collection tool. 33 special features were defined in this inquiry. We wanted the students to agree or don' t agree to this special features. According to this research' s results; this special features were departed 7 categories and students' agreement to this categories was explained with percentage. The most students' agreement was ethical teacher category (% 96.0) and the least students' agreement was professional teacher category (% 82.7) found.
