Özet
Hidradenitis suppurativa cilt ve cilt altı dokunun kronik, rekürren ve inflamatuvar bir hastalığıdır. Cerrahi tedavide basit drenajdan geniş eksizyon ve fleplere kadar birçok teknik tariflenmiştir. Nükslerin önlenebilmesi için çoğu kez aksiller ve perianal bölgede cilt ve cilt altı dokunun komple eksizyonu gerekmektedir. Tamamen temizlenen sahanın rekonstrüksiyonu için greftler ya da çeşitli flep teknikleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada kronik hidradenitis suppurativa tanısı konulan hastaya uygulanan geniş eksizyon ve bilateral limberg flep tekniği literatür bilgileri eşliğinde irdelenmektedir.
Abstract
Suppurative hidradenitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin and subcutaneous tissue. A broad spectrum of surgical treatment from simple drainage to flap reconstructions has been defined. In order to prevent recurrences, complete excision of the skin and the subcutaneous tissue in the axillary and perianal region is required. Following wide excision of the diseased region, the defect is reconstructed by flaps or grafts. In the present study, treatment with wide excision and bilateral limberg flap reconstruction have been discussed with references to the current literature.
