Özet

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Sağlık durum algısı, sağlık davranışlarını ve sağlık sorumluluğunu etkilemektedir. Algılanan sağlık durumu, son yıllarda genel sağlık durumunu belirlemede kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir ilçedeki 15 yaş ve üzeri kişilerin algıladıkları sağlık durumlarını ve ilişkili faktörleri tespit etmektir. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Aksaray ili Ağaçören ilçesinde yapılan çalışma kesitsel tiptedir. Geliştirilen anket formu kişilerin evleri ziyaret edilerek yüz yüze uygulanmıştır. Genel sağlık algısıyla ilgili sorular beşli Likert ölçeğiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 418 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Katılım hızı %95,9 olmuştur. BULGULAR: İncelenenlerin %40,2’si genel olarak sağlıkları için orta, kötü veya çok kötü demiştir. %28,9’u sağlıklarının bir yıl öncesinden daha kötü olduğunu söylemiştir. Cinsiyet, yaş, medeni hal, öğrenim durumu, çalışma durumu, aylık gelir, kronik hastalık ve sigara içme durumuna göre genel algılanan sağlık durumu açısından anlamlı fark vardır (p

Abstract

INTRODUCTION: Health status perception affects to health behaviors and to responsibility for health. Perceived health status is used to determine general state of health in recent years. Aim of this study is to determine perceived health status and related factors of people aged 15 years and older in a district. METHODS: The study carried out in Ağaçören district of Aksaray is cross-sectional. The developed questionnaire was applied to peoplr face-to-face by visiting their houses. Questions about general health perception were evaluated on a five-point Likert scale. Within the scope of the research, 418 people were reached. Participation rate was 95.9%. RESULTS: 40.2% of the respondents stated it was intermediate, bad or very bad for their health in general. 28.9% said their health was worse than a year ago. There is a significant difference in general health status according to gender, age, marital status, educational status, employment status, monthly income, chronic illness and smoking (p
