Bu makalede insan haklarının evrensel olup olmadığı, eğer evrenselse hangi temel gerekçelere dayandırılmaktadır, değilse, nasıl savunulmaktadır konulan felsefi açıdan ele alınıp tartışılacaktır.

Abstract

In this paper, our aim is to discuss the subject matters of the universality of human rights, if it is universal or not, what/how it can be defended philosophically.
