Küçük hücreli akciğer kanseri tedavisinde sisplatin kullanımı sırasında gelişen akut iskemik inme: Olgu sunumu

Özet
Kemoterapötik ilaçlar sıklıkla venöz, daha nadiren de arteriyel tromboembolik olaylara sebep olmaktadır. İskemik inme, bildirilen nadir komplikasyonlardan olup post-kemoterapi iskemik inme insidansı %0.137, iskemik inme ile komplike olan kemoterapi siklusu sıklığı %0.035dir. Birçok kanser tipinde ilk tercih olarak kullanılan sisplatin ise iskemik inmeye en sık neden olan ilaçtır. Bu yazıda, sisplatin tedavisi esnasında iskemik inme gelişen küçük hücreli akciğer kanserli bir olgu sunuldu.
Abstract
Chemotherapeutic agents frequently cause venous, rarely arterial thromboembolic events. Ischemic stroke as a complication is rare while the reported incidence of post-chemotherapy ischemic stroke is 0.137%. Frequency of chemotherapy cycles complicated with ischemic stroke is 0.035%. Cisplatin, used as the first choice of many types of cancer, is the most common drug that causes ischemic stroke. In this case, we discuss a patient with small cell lung cancer that had ischemic stroke during to the course of cisplatin treatment.
