Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı kardiyoloji polikliniğine başvurup bilgisayarlı tomografik anjiyografi (BTA) ile erken evrekoroner arter hastalığı (KAH) tanısı kesinleşmiş hastalarda anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerini değerlendirmektir.Yöntemler: Çalışmaya 46 BTA ile erken evre KAH tanısı alan hasta, 50 kontrol hastası olmak üzere ardışık 96 hasta dahil edildi. Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the levels of anxiety and depression in the cardiology outpatient clinic patients diagnosed as early-stage coronary artery disease (CAD) by applying with computed tomography angiography (CTA). Methods: In this study, consecutive 96 patients were included, 46 patients with CTA which were diagnosed with early-stage CAD, and 50 control patients. Demographic features, physical examination findings, cardiovascular risk factors, and laboratory parameters of all patients were recorded.
