Melda Akbaş’ın Kimlik Arayışında Kültürel Örnek

Özet

Bu çalışma, „So Wie Ich Will“ (İstediğim Gibi) adlı eserin başkahramanı Melda’nın kimlik sorununun incelenmesini kapsamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, eserdeki tematik kültürel ve sosyal sorunlar tespit edilerek karşıt kültürel örnekler açısından yorumlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, Almanya’daki üçüncü kuşağın farklı kültür sebebiyle hangi sorunları yaşadıklarının ortaya konması amaçlanmış ve insanların kendilerini Türk ve Alman kültürüne nasıl ve hangi yönleriyle yabancı hissettikleri eserden hareketle yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract

This study covers the examination of the identity problem of Melda, the protagonist of the work "So wie ich will" (As I Want) by Melda Akbaş. In this context, thematic cultural and social problems in the work are identified and interpreted in terms of counter cultural examples. Moreover, it is aimed to reveal the problems of the third generation of Turks in Germany due to a different culture. The ways in which people feel themselves alienated to Turkish and German culture, are interpreted from the work.
