Özet

Omfalosel ve NTD aynı gelişimsel bölgenin yani orta hattın defektleri olarak bilinmektedir. Omfaloselli infantlar, karyotip anomalileri ve ilave yapısal anomaliler için artmış riskle sahiptirler. Raporumuzda bu birlikteliklere dikkat çekmek için omfalosele anensefali ve torasik spina bifidalı olguyu tanımladık.

Abstract

Both omphalocele and neural tube defects (NTDs) are considered to be the defects of the same developmental field, that is, defect of midline. Infants with omphalocele have an increased risk of karyotypic abnormalities and additional malformations. To attract the attention to these co-occurence of the anomalies, we have defined the case with omphalocele, anencephaly and thoracic spina bifida co-exist with the above anomalies.
