Özet

Amaç: Gebelerde depresyon durumunu ve depresyonu etkileyen faktörleri araştırmaktır. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırma Manisa 1 Nolu Sağlık Ocağı bölgesinde yaşayan 204 gebeden 160 gebe ile Aralık 2003-Ocak 2004 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tanımlayıcı analitik olan bu araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan anket formu ve Beck depresyon ölçeği kullanılarak, gebelerin evlerinde yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzde ortalama, t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi, Pearson korelasyon analizi, tek yönlü varyans analizi(ANOVA) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri SPSS 10.0 programında değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: İstemeyerek gebe kalan, ilköğretim ve altı eğitim alan, gelir durumu düşük olan, daha önce doğum yapan ve düşük deneyimi olan, eş ile uyum sorunu yaşayan, gebelikte bir sorunu olduğunda hiç kimseden destek almayan ve gebeliğinde her hangi bir sağlık kurumuna başvurmamış kadınlarda depresyon puan ortalamaları yüksek bulunmuş ve gruplar arasında istatistiksel anlamlılık saptanmıştır(p

Abstract

Objective: This research was made in order to determine depression during pregnancy and effective factors of depression. Materials and methods: This study was carried out in Manisa city 1 No village clinic area between the dates of December 2003- January 2004. The universe of the research is composed of 204 pregnants and the sample is 160. The reseach was a descriptive, analytical study and the data was collected by using questionnare which was prepared by researcher and depression was measured with the Beck Depression Inventory. Data was gathered through the face to face conversation with the pregnants at their home. The evaluation of data percentage, mean, T-test, variance analysis(ANOVA), pearson correlation analysis, Mann-Whitney U and Kruscal Wallis test were used in the statistical analyses. Data was analyzed using the SPSS 10.0 statistical program. Results: Unwanted pregnancy, lower education level, low income, multiparite, pregnant who experienced miscarriage, lack of harmony pregnant and her husband, pregnant who can be never support someone, pregnant who do not applied health institutions depression points mean is very high determined and there were the significant differences between these groups(p
