Özet
Kanıta dayalı tıp tüm dallarda olduğu gibi jinekoloji ve ilgili laboratuar testlerinde de yeni bir anlayış getirmektedir. Burada laboratuarın kapasite ve yeteneklerindençıkan sonuçlarınkesinlik ve doğruluk derecelerini irdeleyebilen bir kalite kontrolüne kadar çeşitli faktörler etkili olmaktadır. Çıkan sonuçların duyarlılık ve özgüllüğü doğru tanıyı koymada son derece önemlidir. Tanıya giderken gereksiz testlerin istenmemeside son derece önemlidir.
Abstract
Rely on the use of quality laboratory data for evidence-based medical decision-making to determine policy for the implementation of disease control measures, to monitor disease to determine the impact of control programs, and to support surveillance activities in gynecology is very important. It is necessary to improve accurate and reliable data for the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of diseases. In the present paper we review the lab tests from the evidence based medicine viewpoint.
