Özet

Overyal gebelik gestasyonel kesenin övere iraplante olduğu nadir görülen bir ektopik gebelik formudur. Genellikle ilk trimesterin sonlarına doğru ruptürle sonuçlanır. Klinik tabloyu rüptüre tubal ektopik gebelik ve rüpture overyal hemorajik kistten ayırmak zordur. Biz burada ikisi laparatomi biri laparoskopi ile konservatif cerrahi uygulanmış 3 olgu sunuyoruz.

Abstract

Ovarian pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic gestation, where the gestational sac is implanted within the ovary. Usually, it ends with rupture, which occurs before the end of the first trimester. It is difficult to distinguish from that of tubal ectopic pregnancy and hemorrhagic overian cyst. We present here three cases of ovarian pregnancies of which two were treated with conservative surgery by laparotomy, and one was laparoscopy.
