Özet

Amaç: Bir ilçe devlet hastanesinde iki değişik zaman dilimindeki doğum verilerini karşılaştırmak Materyal ve Metot: Gölhisar Devlet Hastanesi'nde 1995 (Grup I) ve 2000 (Grup 2) yıllarında yaptırılan doğumlara ait veriler toplandı. Anne yaşı, gebelik sayısı, doğum şekli, bebek ağırlığı, cinsiyeti, boy ve baş çevresi kaydedildi. Her iki döneme ait veriler kıyaslandı. İstatistiksel değerlendirmede Student-ttesti ve K.i-kare testleri kullanıldı 0.05'ten küçük p değeri anlamlı kabul edildi. Bulgular: Çalışmaya 340 tanesi 1995 yılına ait (Grup 1), 273 tanesi de 2000 yılına ait (Grup 2) toplam 613 doğuma ait veriler dahil edildi. Gruplar arasında yaş, gravida, bebek ağırlığı, boyu, baş çevresi sonuçlan bakımından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmadı (p>0.05). Abstract

Objective: To compare the delivery data for two different duration of time (1995 and 2000) in a county hospital Materials and Methods: Data of deliveries of 1995 (Group 1) and 2000 (Group 2) were collected in Golhisar County Hospital.Maternal age, gravidity, type of delivery, weight, height, head circumference and gender of infants were recorded. These two periods were compared according to these parameters. Student t test and qui-square tests were used for statistical analysis, p values less than 0.05 were considered as significant. Results: Data from 340 deliveries which were occurred in 1995 (Group 1) and 273 deliveries occurred in 2000 (Group 2) with a total number of 613 deliveries were included into this study. There was no significant difference between the groups according to maternal age, gravidity, weight, height, head circumference of the infants (p>0.05).
