Göçmenlerde travma merkezli psikoterapi: Etki eden kültür-spesifik faktörlerin önemi

This article, is concerned specifically about the therapy of humans with migration background. Especially cultural influencing factors in trauma-centric psychotherapy are considered. Migration is a remarkable life event causing people to suffer. This suffering of the migrant person may turn whether into a dream or a trauma. The type and the intensity of the symptoms ca¬used by the trauma are affected by the cultural background of the person. There are some important facts pointing out some culture-specific aspects in trauma-centric psychotherapy of humans with migration background. Keywords: trauma, psychotherapy, migrants, culture, aspects, symptomsZusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag befasst sich mit Besonderheiten in der Therapie von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund, hier speziell unter Beriicksichtigung von kulturspezifischen Einflussfaktoren in der traumazentrierten Psychotherapie. Zum Migrationsprozess ist festzustellen, dass die Lebens- und Leidensgeschichte fur die betroffene migrierte Person zum Traum" oder Trauma" werden kann. Die eigentlichen traumainduzierten Symptome sind dabei kulturiibergreifend, die Bedeutung der einzelnen Symptome und der Umgang mit ihnen'kann jedoch kulturgebunden sein. Auf einige kulturspezifische Aspekte im Rahmen der traumazentrierten Psychotherapie bei Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund wird hingewiesen.
