Özet
Travma sonrası geç dönemde ortaya çıkan bir internal karotid arter tıkanması olgusu sunulmaktadır. Bu nadir durumun teşhisi kolayca atlanabilir çünkü belirtilerin ortaya çıkması travma sonrası uzun süre sonra olabilir. Bu sunum klinisyenler için diagnostik ipuçları ve tedavi seçeneklerine dikkat çekmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
Abstract
A case of delayed presentation of post-traumatic internal carotid artery occlusion is reported. This rare entity can easily be misdiagnosed because presenting symptoms can be delayed for a long time after trauma.
