TURİZM ALANINDA İLLER BAZINDA ÖRNEKLERLE YAYIMLANMIŞ OLAN LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLERE YÖNELİK BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZ

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, turizm alanında iller bazında örnekler verilerek yazılmış lisansüstü tezleri bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirmektir. Araştırmada, 2016-2020 yılları arasında Türkiye’de yayımlanan tezler incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada, betimsel analiz çerçevesinde doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Konuya ilişkin veriler Yüksek Öğrenim Kurulu’nun veri tabanında bulunan Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde (YÖKTEZ) taranan “ili örneği”, “ili bazında” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak “turizm konusunu içeren” tezler 05.06.2021-05.07.2021 tarihlerinde taranmış ve ilgili alanda yazılmış olan toplam 97 adet tezin tamamına ulaşılarak, incelemesi yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında lisansüstü tezler, tezin yayımlandığı yıl, araştırmanın çalışıldığı üniversite, çalışmanın kapsadığı il, tezin yazımında kullanılan yöntem, tezin anabilim dalına göre dağılımı ve tez danışmanlarının unvanları gibi parametreler kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışmaya konu olan tezlerin en çok 2019 yılında artış gösterdiği, 34 farklı üniversite ve 40 farklı ilde bu konular ile ilgili çalışmalar yapıldığı, 90 yüksek lisans ve 7 doktora tezinin belirtilen sürelerde yazıldığı belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The aim of this research is to evaluate a graduate thesis written by giving examples based on provinces in the field of tourism by bibliometric analysis method. In the study, the thesis published in Turkey between 2016 and 2020 was examined. In this research, the document examination method was used within the framework of descriptive analysis. Data on the subject were scanned in the National Thesis Center (YÖKTEZ) in the Council's database of Higher Education, using the keywords “provincial sample”, “provincial basis”, and the theses “containing the subject of tourism” were scanned between 05.06.2021-05.07.2021, and 97 theses were written in the relevant field. All theses were reached and analyzed. Within the scope of the research, postgraduate theses were evaluated within the scope of parameters such as the year the thesis was published, the university where the research was studied, the province covered by the study, the method used in the thesis's writing, the distribution of the thesis according to the department and the titles of the thesis advisors. As a result of the research, it was determined that the thesis subject to the study increased the most in 2019, studies were carried out on these subjects in 34 different universities and 40 different provinces, and 90 master’s and 7 doctoral theses were written within the specified periods.
