Özet
Deli bal zehirlenmesi Türkiyede Karadeniz bölgesinde sık görülen bir gıda zehirlenmesi nedenidir. Zehirlenme rhododendron türü yaban çiçeklerinden arıların eldeettiği balda bulunan grayanotoksine bağlı olarak gelişmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda deli bal alımı sonrası hipotansiyon ve bradikardi semptomlarının geliştiği 24yaşında erkek hastada tanı ve tedavi sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Mad honey intoxication is the cause of a food poisoning which has been frequentlyseen in the Black Sea region of Turkey. The poisoning is due to the grayanotoxinecontent of the honey made by the bees from the wild flowers of the rhodendronspecies. In this case report we present the diagnosis and therapy of a 24 years oldmale patient who had hypotension and bradycardia after mad honey ingestion.
