Özet

Gastrointestinal stromal tümörler, gastrointestinal sistemin en sık görülen mezen- kimal kaynaklı tümörleridir.En sık bulundukları lokalizasyon %60 oranı ile midedir.Genellikle ileri yaşlarda görülür.Prognozu etkileyen en önemli faktörler tümörboyutunun büyüklüğü ve mitoz sayısındaki fazlalıktır.Tedavisindeki esas yaklaşımcerrahi rezeksiyondur.Biz mide antrum yerleşimli çevre kolon segmentini obstrükteeden dev GİSTli 51 yaşında erkek hastayı sunduk.

Abstract

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are the most common mesenchymal tumors ofthe Gastrointestinal tract. The stomach is the most common site of GIST location with 60%. Usually occurs later in life.Tumor size and number of mitosis arethe most important factors influencing the prognosis. Surgical resection is theprimary treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. We presented a 51 year oldmale patient with a stomach located giant gastrointestinal stromal tumor whichobstructed the intestinal segment.
