Özet

Kalbin en sık tümörleri metastatik tümörlerdir. Akciğer kanseri kalbe en sık metastaz yapan kanser türüdür ve nadiren semptomlara yol açar. Metastazın lokalizasyonuna göre semptomlar değişebilir. Biz bu yazımızda perikarda metastaz yoluylasağ ventriküle ileri derecede bası yaparak kardiyak tamponada neden olan metastatik bronkojenik akciğer kanserli bir olguyu sunduk.

Abstract

The most prevalent tumours of the heart are the metastatic tumours. The lungcarcinoma is the most frequent metastatic tumour of the heart and it rarelycauses symptoms. The symptoms vary according to the localization of the metastasis. In this paper, we present a case, in whom bronchogenic lung carcinomacaused cardiac tamponade by severely compressing the right ventricle via metastasis into the pericardium.
