Özet

Amaç: Koroner arter hastalıkları risk faktörlerinin belirlenmesi prognozun tahmin edilmesinin yanı sıra akut koroner sendromların (ACS) önlenmesinde büyük önem taşımaktadır. Aktive plateletler ve artmış ortalama trombosit hacmi (MPV) akut koroner sendromların patogenezinde büyük rol oynar. Çalışmamızda biz, göğüs ağrısı ve koroner sendromlarla MPV arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırdık. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya göğüs ağrısı olan 330 hasta dahil edildi. Kontrol grubu 112 sağlıklı hastadan oluşturuldu. Akut koroner sendrom grubundaki 274 hastaya koroner anjiyografi yapıldı. Gruplar klinik ve anjiyografik görünümleri açısından platelet sayıları, MPV ve troponin değerlerine göre karşılaştırıldı. Abstract

Aim: Determination of risk factors in coronary heart disease has a very important place in the prevention of acute coronary syndromes besides in predicting the prognosis. Activated platelets and increased mean platelet volume play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndromes. In our study, we investigated the relationship between MPV and chest pain, acute coronary syndromes. Material and Method: 330 patients with chest pain were included to the study. Control group consisted of 112 healthy individuals. Coronary anjiography was performed to 247 patients in in acute coronary syndrome group. The groups are compared in terms of parameters such as platelet counts, MPV, and troponin, according to its clinical and angiographic characteristics.
