Özet

Bu çalışmada iki potansiyel probiyotik bakteri Bacillus subtilis ve Lactobacillus plantarum’un bazı balık patojenlerine karşı sıvıkültür inhibisyon testi ile in-vitro olarak antagonistik etkisi araştırılmış ve su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılabilirlikleri değerlendirilmiştir.Sıvı kültür inhibisyon testi iki probiyotik türünün üst fazının 36 saatlik kültür sonucunda bazı balık patojenlerinin çoğalmasını inhibeedebildiğini göstermiştir. Test sonuçları B. Subtilis’in A. sobria, E. tarda ve L. garvieae’nin inhibisyonunda etkili olduğu; L. plantarumprobiyotiğinin ise A. sobria, L. garvieae, L. anguillarum ve Y. ruckeri’nin büyümesini engellediği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

In this study, the antagonistic effect of two potential probiotic bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus plantarum against some fish pathogens by liquid culture inhibition test was investigated and their usability in aquaculture was evaluated. The liquid culture inhibition test showed that the supernatant of the two probiotic species was able to inhibit the proliferation of some fish pathogens after 36 hours of culture. Test results showed that B. subtilis was effective in inhibiting A. sobria, E. tarda and L. garvieae; L. plantarum probiotic inhibited the growth of A. sobria, L. garvieae, L. anguillarum and Y. ruckeri.
