Beytepe Göleti’nin Zooplankton Faunası Üzerine Bir Ön Çalışma (Ankara/Turkey)

Özet

Araştırmada Beytepe Göleti'nde (Ankara / Türkiye) zooplankton ve bazı su kalitesi parametreleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın materyalini oluşturan zooplankton örnekleri 3 istasyondan (2, 3 ve 4) ve su kalitesi parametreleri 5 istasyondan (1,2,3,4 ve 5) 24.09.2018 tarihinde alınmıştır. Yüzeysel Su Kalitesi Yönetmeliği’ne göre değerlendirildiğinde; Nitrat azotu ve ortofosfat değerleri açısından gölet 2. sınıf kalitede; toplam azot ve toplam fosfor açısından ise 3. kalite özellikte bulunmuştur. Gölette, Rotifera dan 11, Cladocera’dan 2 tür olmak üzere toplam 13 zooplankton türü teşhis edilmiştir. Maksimum tür sayısı 2. istasyonda (11 tür) bulunurken, minimum tür sayısı 3. ve 4. (5 tür) istasyonda belirlenmiştir. Baskın türler Polyarthra dolichoptera, Keratella cochlearis ve Trichocerca pusilla olarak bulunmuştur.

Abstract

In this research, zooplankton and some water quality parameters were investigated in Beytepe Pond (Ankara / Turkey). The material of the study consists of zoplankton samples taken from 3 stations (2,3 and 4) and water quality parameters taken from 5 stations (1,2,3,4 and 5) in the field study on 24.09.2018. When evaluated according to the Surface Water Quality Regulation, the pond is of 2nd class quality in terms of nitrate nitrogen and orthophosphate values; In terms of total nitrogen and total phosphorus, it was found to be 3rd quality. In the pond, a total of 13 zooplankton species were identified 11 from Rotifera and 2 from Cladocera. While the maximum number of species was found at station 2 (11 species), the minimum number of species was determined at stations 3rd and 4th (5 species). The dominant species were found as Polyarthra dolichoptera, Keratella cochlearis and Trichocerca pusilla.
