AMAÇ: Abortus imminens olgularında maternal CA125, progesteron, estrodiol, total T3, T4, TSH düzeylerinin prognostik değerini araştırmak.MATERYAL ve METOD: Çalışmaya gebe polikiliniğine ve acil kadın doğum servisine vaginal kanama şikayeti ile başvuran ve abortus imminens tanısı alan, 5-13 haftalık 30 gebe ile gebe polikiliniğinde muayene edilen 5-13 haftalık 30 normal gebe alındı.Tüm hastalarda serum CA 125, Ö2 ve T3, T4 ve TSH tayinleri yapıldı. Sonuçların istatistiksel analizleri için SPSS for windows 9.0 istatistiksel paket programın kullanıldı. İki grup Ki-kare, fisher exact test, Student's t ve Mann-Whitney U testleri ile karşılaştırıldı. p
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prognostic value of maternal Ca 125, progesterone, estradiol, total T3, T4, TSH levels in abortus imminens cases.STUDY DESING: Thirty pregnant women with normal findings and thirty women with the diagnosis of abortus imminens whose gestational ages are between five and thirteen weeks are involved in this study. Levels of Ca 125, E2, T3, T4 and TSH progesterone were measured. For the analyses of results, SPSS for Windows 9.0 statistical program was used.
