Özet
Ektopik gebelik insidansında son yıllarda artış izlenmektedir. Bu artıştan sorumlu bir neden ise, giderek yaygınlaşan üremeye yardımcı tedavilerdir (ÜYT). Gelişen tanı yöntemleri artık ektopik gebeliklerin erken dönemde cerrahiye gerek duymadan tedavisine olanak sağlamıştır. Bu yazıda kontrollü ovaryen hiperstimülasyonu ve intrasitoplazmik sperm injeksiyonu sonrasında ilk önce unilateral tubal ikiz ektopik gebelik olarak saptanan ve intrakaviter metotraksat uygulanan, ancak yanıt alınmayınca operatif laparoskopi uygulanan olgu sunulmuştur. ÜYT sonrası gelişen ektopik gebeliklerin tanı ve tedavileri yazıda tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
A trend of increasing incidence of ectopic pregnancy has been observed in the recent years. One of the predisposing factors among the conditions leading to increased rate of ectopic pregnancy is widening of the assisted reproductive technologies (ART). With the advancement of diagnostic utilities, it is now possible to detect ectopic pregnancies at the earlier phases and treat. Here in a case of ectopic pregnancy following controlled ovarian hyperstimulation and ICSI has been reported. The case was initially diagnosed as unilateral twin tubal pregnancy and treated by intracavitary methotraxate injection. However the patient underwent to operative laparoscopy and recognized as bilateral triplet tubal ectopic pregnancy. Diagnosis, management of ectopic pregnancies following ART were also discussed.
