Özet
Gebelikte akut pankreatit en çok son trimesterde, 1/1000-1/5000 sıklıkla görülür. Gebelikte akut pankreatit tanısı, özellikle travayda olan gebelerde oldukça zordur. Bizim olgumuzda da hasta travay esnasında epigastrik ağrı tariflemesine rağmen, akut pankreatit tanısı, ancak fetal distress nedeniyle yapılan C/S esnasında konulabilmiştir. Bu olgunun sunulmasında amaç; travayda karın ağrısı tarifleyen hastalarda akut pankreatitin de ayırıcı tanılar arasında düşünülmesi gerektiğidir.
Abstract
Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy is very rare,mostly seen in third trimester with the rate of 1/1000-1/5000. Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis is very difficult actually and parturation made it harder. Preganant women in our case already complaint about pain in the epigastric region but acute pancreatitis could be dianosed at the end during ceserean section. Consequently the aim of this report is the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis shuold be kept in mind when the women complaining about epigastric pain even during parturation.
