Amaç: Bu çalışmada gelişme geriliği olan fetüslerin doğum indüksiyonunda dinoproston ovül kullanımının başarısının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Bu retrospektif çalışmada intrauterin fetal intrauterin gelişme geriliği (IUGG) tanısı alan ve doğum indüksiyonu amacıyla vajinal dinoproston kullanılan 134 gebe alınmıştır.
