Özet
Langerhans hücreli histiositoz'un (LHH), normal hücrelerin destrüksiyonuna veya değişik sistemlerin hasarına neden olan complex bir imimin bozukluk olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu yazıda cilt erüpsiyonu, ateş, anemi, hepato splenomegali ve pulmoner tutulumu olan 10 aylık bir infant bildirilmektedir. Kafa grafilerinde litik lezyonlar ve pulmoner infiltrasyon saptandı. Tanı deri biyopsisi ile desteklendi.
Abstract
It is estimated that Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) is manifestations of complex immune dysregulation in which proliferation of normal cells causes destruction or impairment of various organ systems. In this article alO months-old-male infant with skin eruption, fever, anemia, hepatospleno-megaly and pulmonary involvement was reported. The skull roentgenogram showed lytic lesions in the skull and pulmonary infiltration. The diagnosis was confirmed by skin biopsy.
