Abstract
Maternal trombofilia and hiperhomocysteinemia are thought to be situated in etiology of abortion. By looking to the homocystein level in the first trimester ,a prescience about progress of pregnancy can be provided or not is still a researching subject. Our study's target is to research the relation between abortion and blood homocystein ,folat, vitamin B12, hemostatic parameters and to determine the blood homosistein levels that can show the progress of pregnancy with complication. In all 102 patients which have taken diagnosis of abortion imminens, incomplete abortion and misssed abortion between 5-13 weeks'gestation and 33 healthy pregnant between 5-12 weeks gestation are included to our study. Control group and abortion imminens group are observed to the 20th week of pregnancy . Necessary medikal processes are done to the missed abortion and incomplete abortion groups. In all abortion groups blood homocystein levels are found meaningful higher, blood folat and vitamin B12 levels are found meaningful lower than the levels of control group (p
