Özet

Myom uterusun en sık görülen tümörü olup, sıkça gebelik ile birlikte görülebilir ve bazen gebelik seyrini olumsuz etkileyebilir. Yirmi altıncı (26.) gebelik haftasında 25 cm'lik dev bir myom ile başvuran olgunun gebeliği myom sebebiyle komplike seyretti. Ancak miada kadar devam eden bu gebelik sonuçta sağlıklı bir bebeğin doğumu ile sonuçlandı. Gebelik ve myom birlikteliği sık olmakla beraber, myomun çok büyük olması dolayısıyla bu olgu sunuldu.

Abstract

Myomas are the most found tumors of the uterus and it is also common that they are found during pregnancy and sometimes complicate the course of pregnancy. The course of pregnancy of our case with a huge myoma of 25 cm diameter at 26th week was complicated. But the pregnancy lasted up to term and resulted with the birth of a healthy child. Although the co-existence of pregnancy and myomas are seen frequently we presented this case because of the big dimensions of the myoma.
