Güvercinlerde isoflurane (forane) ile inhalasyon anestezisi

Özet

Bu çalışmada inhalasyon anestezi yöntemiyle 10 adet güvercine 15 dakika süreyle isofluran anestezisi uygulanmıştır. Nonrebreathing (tekrar soluması olmayan) sistem anestezi ci¬hazı vasıtasıyla ve maske yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilen bu uygulama ile birlikte kan tablosu, vücut ısısı, kalp ve solunum sayısındaki değişimler de incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre isofluranın güvercinlerde hızlı bir indüksiyon ve rahat bir uyanma sağladığı belirlenmiştir. Hematolojik parametreler ile vücut ısısı, kalp ve solunum sayılarında preanestezik, anestezik ve postanestezik dönemde şekillenen değişimlerin fizyolojik limitler içerisinde kaldığı saptanmıştır..

Abstract

In this study, isoflurane anesthesia has been applied to 10 pigeons for 15 min¬utes using the inhalation anesthesia method. This has been done with a non-rebreathing system anesthetic machine and mask. Changes in the blood picture, body temperature, heart and respira¬tion rates have also been investigated. According to the results of the study it has been determined that isoflurane provides a fast induction and comfortable recovery in pigeons. It has been found that changes in hematological parameters, body temperature, heart and respiration rates in preanesthetic, anesthetic and postanesthetic periods are within physiological limits.
