Köpeklerde korrektif auriculoplasti amacıyla medpor poröz polyetilen 'in kullanımı

Özet
Kulak kıkırdaklarında kırılma bulunan 11 köpekde (7 Dobernıan , 3 Great Dane, lAlman Kurt'u) korrektif auriculoplasti için medpor poröz polietilen implantlan kullanıldı. İmplantlar, medial kulak derisi altına yerleştirildi .İki olguda başarılı sonuçlar elde edilemedi .Dört olguda mükemmel sonuçlar elde edilirken ,dört olguda da kulaklar sağlıklı olanlarına göre hafif eğik kaldı .Hiçbir olguda implantlara karşı bir reaksiyon görülmedi .Sonuçlar klinik olarak değerlendirildi.
Abstract
Medpor porous polyethylene implants were used for corrective auriculoplasty in 11 dogs (Doberman pinscher , 3 Great Dane , 1 German shepherd) with bent external ear cartilagos .The implants were placed under the medial ear skin . Results were unsuccesful in two cases .While succesful results were obtained in four cases the ears were slightly bent compared to the healthy ones .No reaction was seen against the implants in any of the cases .Results of these applications were evaluated clinically .
