Özet

Bu çalışmada mısır, arpa, buğday ve pellet yem ile beslenen dört grup sıçan kullanıldı. Çalışma sütten yeni kesilmiş sıçanlar üzerinde sekiz hafta devam etti. Deney süresi sonunda sıçanların canlı ağırlık artışları (Tablo 1), hematokrit ve eritrosit değerleri (Tablo 2), $Na^+ ve K^+$ değerleri (Tablo 3) ve açlık kan şekerleri değerleri ile total glutatyon değerleri (Tablo 4) saptandı.

Abstract

In this study; four groups of rats which were fed with corn, barley, wheat and pellet were used. The study lasted for eight weeks and we used rats which have finished their lactation period. The body weight gains (Table 1), Packed cell volume (PCV) and Erythrocyte values (Table 2), $Na^+$ and $K^+$ values (Table 3) and starving sugar level values, total glutation values (Table 4), were calculated after the experiment. As a result, the group which was fed with pellet experienced the maximum body weight gain was seen in the wheat group, but the observations showed that there occurred no difference between the other parameters.
