Dermatomikozisli kedi ve köpeklerin tedavisi için kullanılan ketokonazol ve toksikasyonu

Özet
Bu çalışmada imidazol sınıfı antifungal ajanlardan ketokonazolün derma-tomikozlu kedi ve köpeklerde klinik kullanımı ve saptanan toksikasyon belirtileri tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada 18 adet köpek ve 6 adet kedi kullanılmış, köpeklerden alınan deri kazıntılarından Microsporum canis (%44), M.nanum (%27), Candida spp. (%11) izole edilmiştir. Köpekler 10 mg/kg, kediler ise 5-7 mg/kg dozunda ketokonazol ile tedavi edilmiş, 30-40 gün içinde bütün vakalar iyileşmiştir, iki kedide toksikasyon belirtileri gözlenmiştir. Bununla beraber ketokonazol tedavisinin dermatomikozisli kedi ve köpeklerin sağaltımında başarılı olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, Clinical using of an ımıdazol group antifungal agent ketocbnazole in cats and dogs with dermatomycosis and the fixing toxication symptomes were discussed. 18 dogs and 6 cats were used in this review. From the skin scrapes of dogs, Microsporum canis (%44), M.nanum (%27), Candida spp. (%11) were isolated. Dogs and cats were treated with 10 mg/kg and 5-7 mg/kg oral ketoconazole, all cases were cured in 30-40 days. Toxication symptomes were signed at two cats. However, ketoconazole therapy was found successful in the therapy of cats and dogs with dermatomycosis.
